General duties are to work directly with the Head Coach in creating and maintaining an educational and competitive environment for the team, while abiding by all rules and regulations of District 211, the Midwest Color Guard Circuit, WGI and any other competitive opportunities. The Assistant Coach should help promote a positive experience for all team members, and encourage everyone to always be the best they can be. Our current instructor is staying on until the end of the school year, so the new person would have some help and guidance in the transition.
